Warranty Policy

Glass Concrete Construction warrants its work to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the completion date. This warranty excludes cracks from ground movement, weather, shrinkage, or poor maintenance. Discoloration, salt damage, and minor settlement are normal and NOT covered.

• This warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the completion date of the concrete installation

• Structural cracking beyond 1/4 inch in width
• Spalling or scaling
• Improper slope or drainage

The following are NOT covered under warranty:

• Surface discoloration
• Damage from heavy loads, impacts, or abuse
• Environmental effects (freeze/thaw, salt, deicers, soil movement, erosion, moisture)
• Minor cosmetic flaws (surface cracks, crazing, pop-outs)
• Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters)
• Alterations by other contractors or parties

Customer is responsible for proper concrete care, including annual sealing, avoiding deicing salts in the first winter, ensuring drainage, and preventing heavy loads or impacts.
